Ms. Salidas introduces the immortal Kendra in the first chapter. I became absorbed in Kendra’s life from beginning to present and looked forward to what her future held. The scenes flow well, as do the characters, each unique and realistic.

This sweet romance leads the reader through Kendra and Marcus’ reconnection, while the threatening tension of Hector takes over the front seat. I enjoyed reading Ms. Salidas’ vampire story. She ends it perfectly with a satisfying touché."
